Alderfer & Son was built from something pretty simple: family, hard work, and a love for building things the right way.

Founded by me, Jimmy Alderfer Jr. in June, 2026. I have been doing Construction/General Contractor related work for as long as I can remember. Working with my hands and taking pride in a finished project has always been more than just a job for me. I wanted to turn my passion into something of my own that can grow with my son. I wanted to have something of my own that was built around craftmanship, honesty, and treating people the way I want to be treated.

Behind the scenes, Casey helps keep the business running. She handles the organization, operations, scheduling, and everything else that doesn’t require the hammer and tool belt. Together, we are building a business that we hope will become something our family can be proud of for years to come.

We know inviting a contractor into your home is a big deal. That’s why I believe in clear communication, honest expectations, dependable service, and quality work from start to finish. Whether it’s a remodel, new flooring, a deck, or beyond, I approach every job with the same mindset: DO IT RIGHT. TAKE PRIDE IN IT. TREAT THE CUSTOMER’S HOME LIKE IT’S MY OWN.
